Shipping & Delivery

At E9X Performance, we strive to get your performance parts to you as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with PostNL to provide reliable shipping across Europe.

1. Delivery Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders placed before [Time, e.g., 16:00 CET] are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 business day; for the rest of Europe, expect 3-7 business days.

  • Special Orders & Custom Parts: Due to lower stock levels or custom fabrication requirements, some products have a longer lead time. To ensure you receive these items as fast as possible, they may be shipped directly from our supplier. Estimated delivery times for these items are clearly stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer tracked shipping through PostNL for your peace of mind.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your PostNL tracking number.

4. International Shipping (Europe) We ship to most European countries. Please note that for countries outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
