Return & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  1. Items that have been mounted or installed (e.g., undertrays with scratch marks around bolt holes, or strut braces that have been bolted down).
  2. Parts that show signs of wear or damage caused by improper installation attempts.
  3. Customized or special-order items.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@e9xperformanceparts.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  1. Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
  2. Recommendation: Given the size and value of items like the E9X Undertray, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  1. Termijn: 14 dagen bedenktijd na ontvangst.
  2. Conditie: Alleen ongebruikte en niet-gemonteerde onderdelen. Zodra er boutsporen op een undertray of veerpootbrug zitten, vervalt het retourrecht.
  3. Kosten: De klant betaalt zelf de retourzending (tenzij wij een fout hebben gemaakt).
  4. Defecten: Schade door transport moet direct gemeld worden.
